Don't pass on this gem! Positive: Very nice place. Attention to details in all areas. We were the only guests there, so it was extremely quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Beautiful and truly historic. We will stay again next time we are in Ft. Smith. Negative: There is nothing we didn't like. It was perfect!

The beds and beddings (I stayed in two different rooms - extended a night for weather and the original room was already booked) were the the most comfortable and the rooms charming. our first time renting a community self serve room. Im hooked! Positive: OMG! I have never secured a weekend stay so easily before! The online process was easy, and the location was right in town near anything you need. Not within walking distance but very close by car. We had a large bathtub in our bedroom and the wife, and I took turns although we could have fit together. I watched tv and soaked each night. The bed was huge, and the plush rugs were just fabulous! 2 thumbs way up! We are already planning our next trip in May 2026 for my daughter's graduation. Negative: I wish we had access to a microwave for our leftovers, and some waters. The dining room has Keurig with reg creamer. We did enjoy the coffee and said we would bring our own flavored creamer next time. Honestly there is no complaints!
