Relax in Luxury at The Beland’s Blue Jay Suite Retreat-Huge tub!

I enjoyed it! This will more than likely be my new go to for leisure accommodations from now on! Positive: Soo nice, quiet and cozy! The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The bed is so soft and comfortable. 10/10 loved this place and the old timey style! Negative: No thermostat in each individual room was the only downside. There was no fan in our room and it was a bit warm.

The Blue Jay suite was fantastic! So cozy and charming for a getaway. We will definitely be back! Positive: Check in and check out was so easy. Instructions were very detailed.

Most comfortable beds.

Wonderful solo retreat in this elegant old home. Good job, Ryan & Andrea! Positive: Exactly as advertised. It is a splendid old home, decorated lavishly, fabulous towels and bedding. I felt pampered even though there wasn't a soul around! The common spaces were very comfortable and welcoming, and the Blue Jay Suite was perfect for my solo retreat, cozy and comfortable, and the big soaking tub was great. Multiple coffee bars. I nearly had the whole house to myself and barely heard or saw other guests. Felt very safe in the house. Negative: There are a few "old house" quirks: squeaky floors, no climate controls in each individual room, non-insulated windows which allowed a lot of street noise inside, and the backyard/garden definitely could use attention.

A great weekend away with my wife. The room was cozy the bed comfy the tub awesome!!The location was great too close to anything/anywhere we wanted to see while in Ft Smith.Definitely marked as a place we will stay again and tell our friends abouit.
