Relax & Unwind in The Beland’s Blooming Garden Suite

Positive: Opportunity to use the common areas, which were beautiful. The game room is the only one we used. We had two families there and two rooms rented. We worked on planning & preparations for a funeral service, in a seating area in the game room. This was perfect for our needs to hash out the plans privately in a comfortable setting. Negative: The trash on both levels was full upon our 4 p.m. arrivals. However, it wasn't a problem for us. We just noticed it, as we did a quick walk through of the common areas, on arrival.

I would stay again. If available it will be first option on my next trip. Highly recommend Positive: Coffee bar as advertised was quite nice.

Positive: It was a beautiful facility, comfortable and clean. Negative: The fact that breakfast was not included.

Positive: The room was very nice and clean. Location was good.

If I ever go back to Fort Smith, I would Definity book this property. Positive: They did not serve breakfast. Negative: Loved everything, such a beautiful home.
