Relax & Unwind in The Beland’s Blooming Garden Suite

Positive: The room was very nice and clean. Location was good.

If I ever go back to Fort Smith, I would Definity book this property. Positive: They did not serve breakfast. Negative: Loved everything, such a beautiful home.

I liked it. A lot Positive: I was not planning on staying in Fort Smith but hit torrential rain on the way north that slowed me down a lot so I looked at booking.com to see what I could find. And found this place. It seemed to good to be true but I figured why not same price as a hotel but appeared a lot nice. When I arrived I couldn’t believe my eyes. When I got in the room I was even more surprised! How had I gotten so lucky. It was so beautiful and charming! I had no problem getting in settling down in the most comfy bed surrounded by oh so many pillows (now I wish I would have left my pillow in the car) and the best thing in which I was a bit worried about was there was a fan!!! I always sleep with a fan on! The coffee bar was excellent! And as I looked around the rest of the place I was sad I wasn’t going to be able to stay longer. Such a special unique place! I slept wonderfully and check out was equally as easy as check in was. I was also greeted by message for both check in and check out. And when I messaged about my missing pillow they responded quickly. Very much enjoyed my time at the mansion!! The fact there was a 7 Brew not far away made me smile as well!!! Negative: The only complaint I was going to have was it was a bit noisy but as soon as I turned on the fan I could no longer hear and slept wonderfully

We just was there for a short getaway. it was very pleasant to be there and very quiet no problems at all.
